"Life is one big transition." -Willie Stargell
These simple, but wise, words reflect our human experience. Whether you face a personal or professional transition, you can count on support, resources, and accountability to help you navigate your transition in a collaborative environment, either through therapy or coaching (whichever is more appropriate for your situation).
I invite you to bring your strengths and motivation to create change in your life. I work best with adults who experience personal and/or career transition challenges. I enjoy working with those impacted by ADHD. I have extensive experience working with professionals (corporate, attorneys, physicians) who experience major life transitions and complex issues, e.g. relationships, career and workplace stress, and those experiencing anxiety or depression. Often employing the practice of Coaching Psychology, I use assessments to help you understand your strengths and your emotional intelligence. If you have insomnia, I am trained in CBTI (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) to help you trust your ability to sleep and not depend on medication.
Due to my limited availability, and remote work from outside of Washington state, those challenged by severe/chronic mental illness, who need frequent appointments, support or contact, are best served by other therapists specializing in this who have extensive experience.
